We live in a world full of heartache and pain, and unfortunately, that will not change until Jesus comes. One of the worst forms of heartache is the pain of losing a loved one. Of course, when someone dies, it especially hurts knowing they're no longer there to share your life with, and just the thought that they won't be there for the special moments and milestones in your life is well, unbearable. But the pain of a lost relationship can be just as painful. When an engagement is broken or your marriage partner walks away, it is devastating. It leaves a terrible deep hole in your heart that it seems no one can fill. Love that is not returned leaves a hurt so deep that you can feel you will never love again. You might even start building a wall around your heart so high just to prevent ever feeling that pain again. But fortunately, there is someone who loves you with an everlasting, unending, unmeasurable kind of love. And that someone is God. He not only loves you, but He is building mansions for you right now so that you can live with Him in heaven forever, where there will be no more broken hearts, but only joy and happiness. When your heart is breaking, remember that Jesus is the only healer of hearts, and He is waiting to wrap you in His comforting arms of love.

Psalm 34:17-18 KJV - [The righteous] cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The LORD [is] nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
