Oh how different our lives would be if we "prayed without ceasing!" If we walked so close to Jesus that we consulted Him about everything! If we treated Him like our Best Friend who we wanted to share our life with. When we rush through our prayers asking for help only when we are in trouble-we don't experience the joy of communing with God. We also miss out on so many blessings. We need to learn to pray with persistence and patience - waiting for God's perfect answer. Ask God to teach you how to pray - because many times, we truly don't know what to pray for! Then pray with persistence, never giving up, trusting God to answer - in His time!
Colossians 4:2 KJV - Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
Matthew 7:7 KJV - Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
